JUST IN: Fuel Tanker Overturns After Knocking Down a Cow On Busy Highway, Kenyans Siphoning Fuel

A fuel tanker has reportedly overturned after knocking down a cow on a major highway.

It has been reported that a tanker has overturned at a Syaibei bridge along Narok highway. The tanker reportedly knocked down a cow before it lost control and rolled over.

According to the news update issued by Shika Road Safety, a group of Kenyans have already flocked to the scene, trying to siphon fuel from the tanker.

Shika Road Safety took to social media where the update the National Police Service (NPS), asking them to rush to the scene and put the situation under control

"@NPSOfficial_KE there is an emergency kindly respond because people will die there now.....There is a Fuel tanker which has rolled after knocked a cow at Syaibei bridge along Narok highway....... people are siphoning fuel from the tanker," read the news update.

Kenyans should be informed that siphoning oil from a taker is a deadly trap. In the past, many Kenyans died after a tanker they were siphoning oil from broke into a fire, burning them beyond recognition.
