GM in full General Motors. It is a stage along the busy Mombasa road. Road accidents have become man eaters, a day can not go without an accident being reported. For instance, nine people lost their lives yesterday at dawn along the Nakuru - Nairobi Highway when a matatu collided with a truck. Along the same route, a bodaboda rider died on the spot after he was hit by an SGA vehicle transporting money.
A very bad accident has just occurred here involving several bodaboda riders and a truck. It is like the truck lost control and hit several riders on the parking. The traffic police should move very fast to help clear the scene before it worsen the situation on Mombasa road. Already Mombasa is experiencing huge jam because of the construction of Mlolongo Westland Expressway.
I'm still appealing to all road users to observe all traffic rules and regulations. Let us use speeds that we can control, overtake at right points, keep distance and maintain your lane. When you see a potential danger, please give way. Report any attempt to break traffic rules and regulations to relevant authorities.
