The Kenya National Transport and Safety Authority has once again been put on the spot following their latest blunder which has left some kenyans in a confused state.
This is however after claims by Kenyans that the National Transport and Safety Authority has failed to offer digital solutions to motorists willing to renew their Driving License in good time.
This ineptitude puts law abiding motoring public get into same state agents extortion traps. The transport authority wants application done on last day of expiry and yet one has to wait for weeks for the renewal to get through.
Many are forced to make physical visits to their offices at odd location in upper hill.
Some motoring members prefer not to drive with invalid licenses due to insurance risks which would not cover an invalid licensee.
