A suspected serial killer is reported to have been arrested in Nairobi.
According to reports, Paul Mogara Morara who is aged 29 years old has been terrorizing the residents of Ruiru in Nairobi.
The suspect was arrested by DCI detectives on Thursday evening. According to sources, Mogara had been targeting ladies at night before killing them. It is also alleged that Mogara used to steal the ladies' panties after doing some heinous acts.
Detectives had been searching for this man for months and happened to be lucky after they finally arrested him. He has since been held in custody as the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) continue with more investigations.
