A Saloon car overtaking at an abnormal speed was met with a gruesome accident after the driver lost control and rammed into a truck heading in the same direction the car was heading to.
The Truck pulled the Saloon car alongside for almost a kilometre before stopping because it was in motion and could not make an emergency braking.
Kenyans have since condemned the reckless driving depicted by the owner of the car and asked all road users to be extra careful to save lives.
Ma3Route who are always keen on what is happening on the roads have called on the drivers to observe the following five safety measures or risk losing their lives.
1. A journey is not a race.
2. You're not an emergency response.
3. Don't overtake carelessly.
4. Drive at recommended speeds.
5. Change or you risk losing your life.
