Updates; Caroline Kangogo's Body Finally Arrives for Autopsy

The body of suspected killer cop Caroline Kangogo has finally arrived at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital for autopsy.

This is in readiness for the postmortem that was postponed last week over some logistical issues surrounding the preparedness of the government pathologist.

Chief government pathologist Dr Johansen Oduor is the one who will be leading in the postmortem exercise at the hospital in Eldoret.

The family had initially planned to bury Kangogo on Saturday July 24 but that was not possible after the state failed to released her body because the autopsy had not been done.

Caroline's brother Mark Kangogo said the family has agreed with chief government pathologist Johansen Oduor to have the autopsy done today (Tuesday) at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret.

Caroline Kangogo allegedly shot herself dead after weeks of having been on the run with the government having deployed several units to try and look for her whereabouts throughout the country.
