A grade 2 kid was on Tuesday, September 21, killed in an accident involving a wels cargo courier vehicle along the Machakos-Kitui road.
According to a report shared by Sikika Road Safety on their Facebook page, the accident took place in Kitui where the kid who was heading to school was hit by the speeding Wels Cargo Courier vehicle and died on the spot.

This post gathered a lot of reactions from netizens with most people calling upon parents to be responsible with their young kids by not leaving them on the main roads on their own as the road are extremely dangerous.
Others called on NTSA to take legal action against the driver to serve as a lesson to others who are fond of overspeeding.
