Mama Leah Talai Kimosop aged 84 years died at Anex Hospital after battling with short illness, Nakuru County.
Her death was announced by her family members as follows;
"We the family of Kapchemindir(Kabartogo) of Soin ward, Rongai constituency in Nakuru County deeply regret to announce the demise of Mama Leah Talai Kimosop ,84, which occurred on Friday 7th January 2023 at Annex Hospital after a short illness." They said in a statement.
Leah was the beloved mother to Samuel Kimosop (RBA), Mary Cheruiyot, Susan Chesiyna(KVDA), Kiptoo Kimosop(Principal), Florence Mutai and the late Mecha Kimosop.
Family and friends eulogised the patriarch as a dedicated a woman.
She was termed as a jovial person with an infectious laughter, beautiful and intelligent.
Her daughter Mary Cheruiyot, was beyond comfort as she was overwhelmed with grief.
The family are meeting at their home Soin ward, Rongai constituency for funeral arrangements and fundraising which will be communicated later.
