Reports reaching our desk coming from a man named Frank has informed that a standard 2 pupil has lost his life.
He informed that a popular wels cargo courier vehicle allegedly hit the young boy at Machakos Kitui road.
Judging from the photo sent locals are seen standing by the roadside visibly shocked to witness the horrific scene.
It is unclear whether the vehicle was on high speed resulting in the loss of life or was it a technical fault, police have since been called on scene to collect evidence that will be used in their investigation.
Many have posed questions asking where the mother of the young boy was at the time he was crossing the road alone.
“We don't know what the young boy was doing along the road without the supervision of any adult. Such an incident is so unfortunate to witness,” one local informed.
Who is to blame for this, is it the parent or the driver of the vehicle involved?
