Kenya Power and Lighting Company is responsible for informing Kenyans concerning any power interruption scheduled or it's customers safety when handling electrical appliances.
Kenya Power and Lighting Company do follow the electricity rule number 27 that requires them to inform Kenyans concerning any power interruption.
The following regions will experience a very long blackout, please check to ensure that you will not be affected.
1) Nairobi region, parts of Kileleshwa, Parts of South C.
2) Central Rift Region: Kericho County.
3) North Eastern Region Parts of Kiambu.
If you depend on electricity for survival and you are going to be affected please ensure that you are ready.
Kenya Power do interrupt electricity so that it can be able to do a network maintenance in your area.
