A dramatic scene at a village in Bungoma after the relatives of a deceased teacher fights over body.
The teacher who was promoted to glory three months ago,has not been laid to rest due to family disagreement on where he should be burried.
According to the TV 47, the family have failed to agree on his final resting place,with his first wife claiming that he should be burried at her homestead in Bungoma while the man's younger brother fighting to be given the body to burry at their ancestral home in Mount Elgon.
The fight between the two sides,has ended up in court and up to now they are still battling the matter in Bungoma law Court.
The reports indicated that the teacher is a polygamous man with four wives with whom he sired 18 children.
Speaking to the media,the first wife has accused the deceased younger brother of frustration their efforts to give her husband a decent burial by obtaining a court injunction preventing his burial.
"Huyu Ndungu yake ametuangaisha saana,ataki nizike Mume' Yangu"Said the first wive.
The family went ahead to request the chief justice to help them solve the issue.
