The 26-years old body builder is the founder of 'AJ fitness' an started having breathing complications in 2012 after his runs. He later started to vomit blood and went to the hospital, where the doctors diagnosed him of cardiomyopathy ( a disorder in which the heart muscles is malfunctioning). His heart could not therefore pump blood to his other body parts like to his lungs, what made him have breathing problems and vomit blood.

Andrew was fitted with the artificial heart that he carries wherever he goes inside a bag, connected to two batteries he never forget to charge just as he does to his phone.
