Raila's Aide Raises Alarm Over Motorists and Officers Doing the Following Past Curfew Hours

Raila's aide Philip Etale who is a News Editor in the media and serving as the Public Relations Manager and Communications Director at the Orange Democratic Party has raised concerns over motorists and police officers breaching the public order number 2 of 2021.

It has been observed that officers under the National Police Service are neglecting their duties.

Bodaboda riders with their customers are consented to go past roadblocks long past curfew hours.

Only personal utility and private vehicles are brought to a standstill withing major downtown highways in the enforcement of the stringent Covid-19 protocols.

They haven't enforced these regulations among public service vehicles espescially Matatus plying Eastlands, Westlands and Southlands.

Etale is raising his concerns a few weeks after his recuperation from the deadly viral infection.
