A wedding ceremony in Uasin Gishu county nearly came to a standstill after an angry man attempted to whip one of the county's gubernatorial aspirants who was addressing the congregants.
The drama unfolded when Uasin Gishu County Assembly Chief Whip and MCA David Sing'oei was addressing those in attendance. However, his speech was interrupted after a visibly angry old man armed with a walking stick made suggestive moves while approaching where he was standing.
From the video that has since gone viral, the man angry is heard insulting the Gubernatorial aspirant before he attempted to whip him. It took the efforts of some men to whisk the old man away from the aspirant.
"Have you sent this old man to whip me? Kindly stop it, your age does not allow you to engage in this...so the old man has bodyguards? but I know his problem, I will 'spray' him once we are outside and we will become good friends," stated Sing'oei as the old man is whisked away from the podium
