A school bus that was full of people attempted to cross a flooded river against the caution of the residents who were camped at the bridge awaiting the waters to abate.
In a video seen by this author, the driver of the bus just went ahead and decided to drive the vehicle against the current and just when the vehicle was about to make it across, all hell broke loose.
The vehicle was swept away and it was all the bystanders could do to keep themselves from screaming at the bus that was going down into the river every second.
Details have emerged however, that the bus was not full of students as previously thought but was ferrying merrymakers to a wedding.
The victims are said to be from Mwingi Catholic Church and some are feared dead accodidng to the latest reports from the place.
A few weeks ago, a bus full of people plunged into a river and fifteen people never made it out of the vehicle alive.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution as they drive their vehicles especially when full of people.
