Moi's Bridge Residents In Shock After Police Exhume Body Of A 12 Year Old Girl

The body of Grace Njeri, a 12 year old has been exhumed by police today. The deceased is believed to be one of the five minors defiled and murdered in cold blood by Evans Jum Wanjala. Evans Wanjala is a most wanted serial killer and had recently surrendered himself to police. He will be arraigned in court on Monday 23.

Grace had gone missing on May 21,2020 and her decomposing body parts were found on June 18,2020 at Soroni Farm. The DCI officer investigating the murder of the five minors requested that the body of Grace that was buried, be exhumed to ascertain whether the body was really Grace's.

The decision was arrived at because the DCI report said that the body of the deceased was never subjected to a postmortem or a DNA test before her burial.

The body of Grace that was buried in Karara-Nyakinyua in Moi's Bridge at her grandparent's home was exhumed by detectives from Homicide and Forensic department. The family and neighbors could do anything but to watch as the three-hour exercise took place.
