See What Was Spotted Along Outering Road That Has Made Kenyans To Raise An Alarm

Outering Road is one of the crucial national road links in Nairobi. Many motorists and other road users use the Outering Road to transport their goods and services. The road connects the Central Business District of Nairobi and the surrounding areas. The road thus plays a key role in the development of the economy of Nairobi and Kenya as a whole.

Since the Outering Road and other roads in Nairobi are very essential in Kenya's economic development, the road and it's components should be well maintained. People should play a key role in prevention of vandalism of road infrastructure.

Though many citizens are advised to take the responsibility of guarding and maintaining the road facilities in the country, report by Ma3Route today shows that some unknown individuals have developed a tendency of vandalizing road infrastructure.

The drainage ditches located on the Outering Road are reported to have been vandalized. The paving slabs covering the ditches have been broken by unknown people. The paving slabs may have been broken to get the metals inside the slabs.

The new development of vandalizing road infrastructures should be addressed appropriately by relevant authorities. The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA), Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA), Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI), National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) and the Traffic Police should help in taming individuals who vandalize Kenyan highways.

The Outering Road incident has caught attention of many people online who have reacted differently. The screenshots below shows reactions from different people.
