Cases of rogue drivers disrespecting rights of their clients while delivering theur services have been heard, reported and vividly increasing day by day across different counties here in Kenya. At some point, cases of misunderstandings among passengers with Matatu Crew have been reported hence leading to heavy battle exchange.
According to the latest news report by Ma3route Kenya via Facebook social media platform, a Matatu driver from North Ways company heading to Bungoma from. Nairobi has violated passengers rights including throwing insults to clients hence eliciting mixed reactions.
The driver allegedly kept informing his clients to use other vehicles if there are not comfortable with the service that sacco offers. He also kept shouting to passangers and bagging the door of that Matatu. To make matters worse, passengers were forced to use three different Matatus to reach their destination.
