The police have been working tirelessly to ensure that the streets are drug free for a very long time now.
The police force has dealt with enormous cases and elements that have risked it all and gone out of their way to leave thousands of our young people to be enslaved to drugs.
According to a report by the Directorate of Criminal investigation, two police detectives took the fight in the Indian ocean in the spirited fight to nub a rogue drug dealer who has been on the run.
The drug dealer dove into the ocean area according to the detectives. The drug lord had hopes that the police officers would give up but they had none of that.
Despite the hectic effort of the drug dealer to get away, the officers swam after him and the boat that was on patrol spotted the drug peddler and made their way to the beach front. The projectiles thrown by residents on the officers managed to hurt one of the officers as they ferried the drug dealer to Lamu police station.
