Cases good Gender-based violence has been a burning issue in social media in recent times as Women has come out to criticise men perpetrating or supporting it especially when it hurts women.
However, this has been one-sided and the Male gender continues to suffer more in silence and go through a lot in the hands of their partners and the perception of men's should be tough or strong is making things more difficult for them.
Reports claim that sergeant Moses got into a confrontation with a woman who he caught flaunting curfew rules when culminated in the woman biting the officer's right ear before she disappeared after things got messy.
The woman is said to be on the run and is in a hideous between Kibera and Langata.
The officer was rushed to Nairobi Hospital where he's expected to have his operation to reconstruct the ear.
This gender-based violence should be fought equally by all stakeholders without taking sides to avoid the situation from escalating further.
