The Nakuru Doctor who was allegedly reported killing his two kids by injecting them with Insulin substance, was also reported dead dew days after the death of his children. This was a great lose to not only the family but also the entire country for losing a useful civil servant.
Since his death had some misunderstandings, his body was to taken to the government health facility where postmortem has been done by the government pathologist Dr. Titus Ngululu. The pathologist gave out the results that has send the family of the deceased into more pain and agony.
According to report given by the government pathologist, Dr. James Gakara's death is due unknown substance which is reported to have been ingested in his body. Dr. Ngululu revealed that as per the moment, it is more difficult to tell whether the substance is in the body or not again he added by saying that we can't tell whether the substance was ingested by himself or a doctor.
