Night Drama After Wife Kills Husband Before Committing Suicide As Police Release statement

On Monday morning, the body of Moses Kirimi Mati, a Chuka University architect and the head of the estates division, was discovered in a pool of blood in the driveway of his residence.

Later, Pamela Wanja, his wife, was found dead hanging from the balcony of their four-story building. A blood-stained metal rod was found next to Mr. Mati's body, which was thought to have been used to hit him many times in the head, shattering his skull.

A friend of Mr. Mati named Ms. Charity Karimi claimed the couple had attended the same church together for a number of years and she was unaware of their home issues.Mohammed Jarso, the sub-county police commander for Maara, claimed that the altercation from Sunday night was visible on the building's CCTV.

According to early investigations, the wife wrote the suicide note that included the names of their three children and an apology before she killed herself by hanging herself with a rope, according to Mr. Jarso.

The officer warned that incidences of spouses killing one other were increasing in the area and urged married people to split ways rather than commit murder or commit suicide.

He asserted that killing oneself or others is not a good way to end a personal dispute because it leaves behind hurting relatives and children.Mohammed Jarso, the sub-county police commander for Maara, claimed that the altercation from Sunday night was visible on the building's CCTV.
