As the government try hard to fight impunity in the country, Kenyans are becoming ruthless every day hence doing things that are abnormal for sane person.
From a little known Mavokho village, Kakamega county in the former Western province, a man,24, was stripped naked by residents after he was allegedly bursted led handed stealing twenty shillings from a grocery shop.
According to a local or rather resident, the gentleman, a bodaboda rider operating in Kakamega town is a criminal and have active cases in court. "He was jailed for ten good years before and his presence in the area have caused tension." He said.
Conferming the incident, the area senior chief have urged the members of the public to avoid taking law on their own hands and instead report thugs to authority.
