"I Ate Toothpaste for Dinner", Pastor Robert Burale Opens Up about Tough Life Before Fame and Money

Famous motivational speaker cum pastor Robert Burale has confessed that before making it in life or becoming rich, he was a very poor hopeless man. A man whose life smelt failure rather than success.

Speaking to Mwalimu King'ang'i last night when he appeared on the NTV Churchill show, Burale revealed that his journey to riches and fame hasn't been that easy as it is assumed by many people including his Twitter fans.

While recalling his worst moments in life, the vocal pastor Burale, confessed that extreme there is a time he couldn't feed himself. One night, he had to eat toothpaste for dinner.

At some point, extreme poverty saw him attempt committing suicide on three different occasions, twice in Kenya and once while he was abroad, in United Kingdom (UK).

"I attempted to commit suicide thrice; once when I was in the UK and twice in Kenya. Maisha ilikuwa ngumu", I once ate toothpaste for dinner", said Robert Burale.

Robert Burale's story teaches us that, we should always be optimistic. We ought not to give up in life, however difficult it is. Success finds those patient enough to endure day to day challenges in life.
