The Kenyan government, led by President Uhuru Kenyatta, today issued a major statement in line with the guidelines of the Kenya Power and Lighting Company.
According to the source, the government has ordered direct action on people living on public lands, which the government has designated to run electricity throughout the country. According to reports, Home Secretary Dr Fred Matiangi has given people vacancies in those areas within 30 days of today.
"Four poles collapsed in the Embakasi after vandals allegedly damaged critical parts of ten installations," said Fred Matiangi.
