Josephine Wambui, the mother of Lawyer Paul Gicheru has disclosed that she had spoken to her son two days prior to his passing.
Wambui remarked that during their extended talk, Gicheru made no mention of any underlying medical issues.
Instead, she revealed that her energetic kid kept tabs on the family's development.
She demanded to know Gicheru's wife's version of events, though, and accused her of being involved in their son's enigmatic death.
"It's difficult for someone to suddenly collapse and pass away. My son made no complaints, so the police need to look into what transpired. He was not ill "She asserted.
In order to find out what led to Gicheru's abrupt death, according to the aggrieved family, the authorities needed to move the murder inquiry along. Before the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the attorney was accused of interfering with witnesses.
John Khaminwa who is the family's Lawyer claims that Gicheru was a troubled man in his last days. He did not, however, say what he is having trouble with.
