One family in Kabaa,Mbiuni sub county is living in fear, shock and confusion after finding a baby's coffin thrown on their farm.
According to a police report inside the coffin were paraphernalia which included a cow's horn, two male and female wooden carvings, three bottles containing concoctions, male underwear and slaughtered black chicken.
"It was reported by a resident of Kabaa village ,Mbiuni location that she went to her daughter's compound namely Rosalia Mbatha and saw a small coffin. Police visited the scene and established that the small coffin contained paraphernalia that include cow horn, slaughtered black chicken,concotions among other things, "read the report.
Scene of crime was processed by the police and investigations are underway. Locals have been scratching their heads in a bid to understand the bizarre situation. Others who think it could be a case of witchcraft have advised the family to seek spiritual help and cleansing. This is in a bid to chase away evil spirits of death that may haunt the family.
