John Ouko, a police officer attached to Langas police station in Eldoret is currently under police custody after he allegedly tricked a student he arrested without a mask on and led him to his house where he forcefully slept with him.
The police are said to have slept with the 20-year-old Eldoret National Polytechnic Student after he caught him without a mask on and handcuffed him, he then led him into his house located inside the police headquarters where he did the heinous act.
After the act, the officer is said to have given the student 200 Kenyan shillings so that he does not reveal what happened to anyone. After making the report to the police desk, the victim was rushed to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital where medical examinations are to take place. Meanwhile, the policeman who did the act is in custody.
Police officers have been warned about taking their authority to harass helpless students, anyone found with the same mistake risks a chance to lose his job and other penalties.
