A BodaBoda rider was reportedly shot to death by two suspected thugs who had posed as passengers in Icamara, Nyeri county.
According to the sources, the deceased had gone to collect money from a butchery that he supplies with meat around 8:00 pm where he met with the two suspects.

Reportedly the suspects later requested a ride to Karatina from Mwas which he accepted since the pay was good.
Unfortunately upon reaching Icamara, he was allegedly shot by the suspects, dumped his body, and took off with the motorcycle which was later found in Karatina.

Currently, police have launched investigations into the matter and still going on to track the alleged thugs.
