According to reports, the son's stepdad, Jacob Gicharu Mugure, has been arrested as the first suspect.
According to Jacob, the child fell off from a chair at Sunton area within Kasarani Sub-County.
At the time, his lover had left him to look after her son because she had gone for a night shift.
Note; the deceased mom has also reacted to these allegations.
According to her,
While she was at her job, she received a call from a neighbour who told her that her child had become sick after falling off from a chair, and had been rushed to a nearby Hospital.
At the time, the mom rushed to the hospital but found her son dead under unclear circumstances.
Afterwards, she reported the incident to authorities, who later arrested her lover, stepdad, as the first suspect.
