Tears as Man Escapes After Killing his Beautiful Wife and Lovely Son

Nakuru police are looking for a man believed to have killed his wife and two-year-old son. The bizarre murder occurred on Tuesday evening in the Matu area of Kiambogo Farm in Gilgil Town.

Nakuru County Police Chief Peter Mwanzo said the man was upset with his wife over the planned sale of family property. He went on to say, “The man wanted to sell his family property, but his wife objected, so an argument led to his murder.”

Mwanzo told media today that a man stabbed his son to death by crushing his 30-year-old wife in the head with a heavy object while she was sleeping. “During the torture, the older children were confined to a separate room, after which he fled in an unknown direction,” he said.

Mwanzo said the couple unfortunately did not solve their family problems through dialogue, which led to violence. “This morning the police went to the murder scene, disposed the bodies and took them to the morgue to await an autopsy,” he said.

Area MP Martha Wangari described the incident as frightening and terrifying. She said that her two-year-old died beyond her comprehension, and her younger brother was left an orphan to her because of her father's actions. Wangari advised the couple to give up and not die from an abusive relationship.

“From what I have learned from my neighbors, the man was violent and his wife and children lived in fear,” she said. Neighbors said the couple had been fighting constantly over the years.
