In Munyiki area Lugari Kakamega county, a family is yet to believe that their daughter is no more.The girl who left home on Thursday morning to attend school as usual never came back home that evening.
Efforts by her parents to find her never bore any fruits because she was nowhere to be found.On Friday morning,as reported by West TV news, two pupils who were going to school noticed that their fellow pupil was lying by the roadside.
It drew their attention and they were forced to stand there.A bodaboda rider who was passing by was also interested in why the pupils were standing there so he was forced to intervine.
He found the body of this little girl lying there with injuries.Beside the body was a letter written by the girl's killers to her parents.The letter that was addressed to her parents had contacts of the alleged killers and they were sorry for killing their daughter.
The girl was raped before being painful killed.The residents of the area have called on the local security stakeholders to make sure their kids are safe.
