Cases of criminal activities in the country are rising everyday. Such activities are not good and need to be shunned. Innocent Kenyans are being victims everyday and it is sad. Every Kenyan should take an initiative to do something whenever criminal activities occur. This way, such cases are likely to go down in the country.

There was an attempted robbery with violence that reportedly occured at Rongo Sub-county, Migori County. It was reported that the man who was assaulted had visited a a petrol station to refill his car. However, the unexpected happened while he was there.

According to reports, two men emerged from out of the blues and had pistols with them. They pointed at the innocent driver and ordered him to get out of the car and lie down on his belly. Since he was with the day's sales, a commotion occurred which attracted the attention of the public and they came to his rescue.

This fortunately saved him and the armed robbers escaped with a parked motorcycle. It is reported that they fired one round as they escaped. The incident has been reported and the DCI have started investigations.
