Many say that they want to arrest him after his latest address, where he revealed that it's high time for Raila to step down for any other younger Kenyan. His lawyers and family members had a difficult time as we're denied access to see him or any other friend.
Police have spent the whole day trying to access him but it's revealed, that they can as the businessman is locked in a bunker in his office.
