Gatanga residents in Murang'a county are yet to come into terms with the happenings that took place on Sunday after a KDF's Lover (Mary Mulombe) killed her two kids and committed suicide.In a suicide note she left behind, Mulombe accused her husband Christopher Masila Kituku, a Kenya Defence Forces officer based at the Coast, of infidelity which was the main reason that she took her life and those of their children.
However her husband talking to the media said he was still devastated by the shocking news of her wife and kids death.
Kituku who is currently deployed to fight Alshabab in the wider Lamu County was accused of having several affairs by his late wife.
Mulombe left a 5 Page Suicide Note With 14 Reasons she killed her self and the kids.
“When my mother got into the house, the firstborn had not died but she was foaming from the mouth and nose. She lay in grandmother's arms and called her three times before she died. It was already too late to do anything to save them,” she said.
Police officers are currently investigating the incident with preliminary findings showing that the lady poisoned her kids ans killed her self.
