Frightening Images of Kenyans Jumping Off Storey Building to Evade Arrest

Eldoret based Journalist Abuga Makori has posted a frightening video where a number of revelers are seen jumping off two separate buildings in a bid to escape police officers who had arrived there to arrest them.

According to a voice being heard in the video, police officers were on the other side of the buildings , forcing their way in a bid to arrest people thought to be breaking COVID19 prevention measures.

The incident happened in Githurai .

Kenyans have largely been criticised for not obeying COVID-19 prevention measures. With the government saying social distancing in particular is not being obeyed.

Just recently , thousands of Kenyans were stranded in Major roads within Nairobi, after police put up road blocks immediately when curfew hours clocked.

The country is currently battling the 3rd wave of COVID19, with the Ministry of Health warning the current wave is deadly than the previous two Waves.
