Joyland Estate residents in Kakamega County are living in fear after several body were discovered dumped in the estate.
According to residents, several bodies of unknown people have been discovered dumped in the area where they suspect they are killed elsewhere and dumped in the area.
According to the police officers, Illicit brew could be the cause of killings where several alcohol bottles were found next to the bodies.
The residents fear walking out in the evening due to insecurity in the area where they are pleading with the government to intervene and bring the criminals to book.
The area police boss condemned the incident where he promised to bring criminals involved in the killings to books.
The bodies were taken to a local hospital morgue where they are awaiting for postmortem examination as investigations into the incident continues.
The residents are demanding for the arrest of a notorious brewer and close Chang'aa den in the area.
