According to the reports, the syndicate have been involved in registering people who are refugees to Kenya from other countries, printing certificates for university students and may other documents which now puts Kenya in a very dangerous position.
They were arrested yesterday and they are waiting to be arraigned in court on Thursday probably when the investigation will be concluded.
