Today, roads have been considered as dangerous places if one is not careful. Around the world, many life's have been lost through reckless driving. Therefore, whenever travelling, if safety will never be guaranteed, then life's will continue to be lost on our roads.
An horific road accident involving a truck and a pickup has been witnessed along Narok - Mai Mahiu road today. The accident is said to have been caused by a mobile weighbridge police pickup that was seen chasing the truck then what followed eventually was an accident. One person identified as Doreen, a truck driver with the pickup driver have lost their life in that accident that has happened in Naivasha. If these two drivers were careful, then the accident would have been avoided.May the souls of the departed rest in eternal peace as we advice drivers to be careful and vigilant to ensure their safety and that of others. Rules and regulations on the road should be strictly followed and those found violating them should quickly be reported to the relevant authorities.
