Although prisons are collectional facilities which are supposed to collect the immoral behavior of individuals in the society, it is not always the case as some continue with bad behavior.
Dramatic scene was witnessed from a little known Mavokho village, Bungoma county in the former Western province when a man,22, identified as James Wangamati was bursted led handed defiling nine years old girl in the forest.
According to a local or rather resident, the suspect had just been released from the prison before the incident.
Speaking to a local media station, the victim's mother disclosed that her daughter was heading to school at around 7am.
Conferming the incident, the senior superintendent of Bungoma county level five hospital revealed that the girl's private organs had been badly damaged. "She died when receiving treatment." He said.
