Wangui affirms that Forino, before his demise, had put in a standing request in his organization to dispatch Ksh35,000 every month to her.
"I insist that my late spouse took up his parental obligations of our child genuinely. He had put in a standing request in his organization (Gio-Fo limited) for our child. I am supposed to be receiving Ksh35,231 per month," she expressed.
She says she as of now needs in any event Ksh200,000 per month for her costs, her child's medical care and education among other things.
Forino's family, however, asserts that Wangui had sired the child with another man and not the late Italian. Through their legal advisor Jackeline Kimeto, they guarantee that the birth testaments introduced by Wangui were forged documents.
Kimeto further said that the family is planning to have a DNA test directed on Wangui's child to decide whether he's a genuine child.
