On the news hitting the airwaves on Thursday morning, National Media group is morning the death of its renowned veteran editor and journalist.
According to Citizen TV Kenya, Veteran Joe Kadhi is dead. The family which spoke to our reliable source claims that the journalist died at Nairobi hospital yesterday when receiving treatment.
Joe Kadhi is the former managing editor at Daily nation and was a lecturer at various universities. He was known to be the "godfather" of print media due to his reputable work in the print media sector.
Mr Kadhi worked with Nation Media group alongside being a lecturer at the University of Nairobi and Adis Ababa before retiring after working United States International University.
However, the family related to Joe Kadhi has said that he will be laid to rest on Thursday in accordance to the Muslim faith.
