A family in the capital city, Nairobi are leaving in mourning for the life of their close kin after she reportedly went missing last week and later found in city Mortuary. The victim who is a top official at the National Lands Commission (NLC) currently in the capacity of deputy communications director went missing on Friday after being dropped at her work place.
According to The Star digital news media, Jennifer Wambua is said to have disappeared from NLC headquarters at 10 in the morning an hour after having arrived. CCTV footage that the family and police obtained indicate she was seen leaving alone at that particular period in time and walked out of the building. Her body was found at the mortuary after a search late Saturday after it was reported that she was to testify in a multi-million land fraud case.
It was after her husband found her phone, lunch box and other job related documentation in her car boot is when they started frantically searching for her. The husband Joseph Komu is a worried man as his search in hospitals, police stations and mortuary have not bared fruits. The family filed a missing persons report at Central police station as investigations are in top gear to find the reason of her death.
