The Annual Thanksgiving Mass for Disciplined Services and their families for Bomet County was held today, and presided over by Bishop Alfred Rotich of Kericho Catholic Diocese.
The theme for this auspicious occasion was" Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song." as recorded in Psalms 95:2 NIV.
The Thanksgiving Service brought together Senior Officers,their teams and families from National Police Service, Kenya Prison Service and Kenya Forest Service. In addition, officers from the National Government Administration and representatives from neighbouring counties were also in attendance.
Speaking during the mass,the County Police Commander of Bomet County, Madam Naomi Ichami, CP lauded the officers for their generous contributions that will go a long way in assisting the needy.
She argued that the community to fully support the disciplined services in order to achieve their overall objective of making the country peaceful and safe.
