Abdalla Thalahati, 24 year old boy went missing on April 17 after he went to Kwale Special school and did not return.
The family and friends decided to search for him but the efforts did not bore any fruits.The family decided to report to Dock Section with no avail.
Preliminary investigations according to Haki Africa, an organization that improve livehoods and enhance progressive realization of human rights in Kenya, Abdallah because of his mental illness, followed a horse and forgot his way back home.For this reason, he slept outside a shop in Kijiweni area.
The residents came out at night thinking he was a thief that came to steal but unfortunately, he was stuck and slept.For that reason, the residents of Kijiweni area, descended on him with kicks and blows and slit him with weapons before setting fire on him with tyres.
That was how Abdallah Thalahati was brutally murdered.
