Robert Alai has come out guns blazing as he hit out at IG Hillary Mutyambai for being lazy. His comments come after how easily the slain serial killer Masten Wanjala escaped from police custody. Robert Alai has said that the IG must up his game and that police officers should not be charged or penalized for the escape of Masten Wanjala. Robert Alai revealed the weakness in police station as not having CCTV cameras. He insisted that all police stations should have CCTV links in the critical areas to deter and help detect such cases.
