PMigori man poisson himself after allegedly busting his wife in bed with another man during the night time.
Confirming the incident, police in Migori County said they have launched an investigation into the death of a man whose body was on Sunday morning found lying on the Migori-Isebania road at Total area.
The Suna East Sub-County deputy police Commander in his statements to media said the deceased committed suicide by consuming a poisonous chemical, adding that there was foam coming out of his mouth.
He further said the preliminary investigation established that the deceased, who hails from Oruba estate, quarrelled with and assaulted his wife on Saturday night accusing her of sleeping with another man in the matrimonial bed.
According to reports filed in police station, the deceased had alleged that this was not the first time that his wife was caught with her paramour after their marriage.
The report further claims the man had refused to accept his wife when she went missing with her paramour, but agreed after the two families spoke to each other.
