During this year’s Labor Day celebrations, President Uhuru Mwigai Kenyatta has today announced new changed in the Covid-19 protocols to curb the spread of the virus in the country. This comes as good news to Kenyans who have earlier on made their pleas to the head of state.
Among those who can breathe a sigh of relief include those in the hotel and restaurant sector. In the new directive, the head of state has instructed that they can now continue with their operations but with strict observation of the covid-19 protocol. People can now seat and eat from the restaurant.
Churches and places of worship can now host congregants in their places of worship. This now means that people can now congregate for church services but a third of the total population.
