Road Accident

"Kenya Tuko Nyuma Sana" Reactions After This Photo From Uganda Surfaced Online

Nothing is always nice while on the road like seeing motorists following traffic rules and regulations. This is the the same practice that reduces the number of road accidents whenever it is followed.

Through a renown facebook page known as Sikika Road Safety, a photo has been posted and it is currently causing alot of reactions online. The photo which is said to have been taken in one of the highways in Uganda shows how motorbike riders in Uganda are organised and dedicated in following traffic rules and regulations.

The photo shows many riders that are in a traffic jam having helmets and reflectors. What is more impressive about the photo also is that some pillion passengers also have the refectors and helmets.(Photo| courtesy)

Many kenyans upon seeing this compared the state in the photo to our country and concluded that our country is somehow behind in following traffic rules and regulations. Truly in our country it is very difficult to find riders wearing both the helmet and the reflector jacket.

Many reacted saying that in Kenya, police officers can even chase away a rider from a traffic jam meaning they are enhancing breaking the rules and regulations. Below are some of the reactions:(Photo| courtesy)(Photo| courtesy)(Photo| courtesy)(Source screenshot)
