According to the reports we have, a student from Kenyatta University vanished a few days ago after telling people she was going to visit her sister.
Victoria Muthoni Theuri, a student at Kenyatta University who was last seen on December 25, was majoring in public policy and administration.
According to the facts we have, her parents, who reside in Kahawa Sukari, reportedly reported her missing on December 26. She had informed her parents, who both reside in Kiambu county's Kahawa Sukari Estate, that she was seeing her sister on the day that she is said to have vanished.
When she didn't come home that day, her parents had to phone her sister to find out if she planned to spend the night there or go back to their house.
Authorities were called after Alvo House residents became aware of a bad stench coming from one of the building's homes.The student's body was discovered in the living room with physical injuries after busting down the door. Her boyfriend, who allegedly visited them for Christmas, has been detained and is assisting police in their inquiries
